Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping And Handling
Only in-stock items are shown on the website; stock figures may sometimes vary from actual stock held.
We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Orders within the UK should arrive within 3-5 working days; to other EU countires 5-7 working days and elsewhere 7-10 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Alba Yarns does not currently add VAT to orders either in the UK or on international orders.
Credit Card Security
By using Paypal for secure payment processing, this website does not capture credit or debit card numbers.
